About Just Rx

Just Rx is a prescription savings program that makes generic and brand-name prescription medication more affordable and accessible for patients in need.

If you have no insurance or have experienced high out-of-pocket costs for your medication(s) for any reason, Just Rx may be right for you. Please see important eligibility requirements below. We work with pharmaceutical manufacturers directly, which helps to keep medication prices as low as possible.

Just Rx savings card

It’s easy and there’s no fee to use it. Once you confirm you’re eligible to use the card, just follow the steps below:

  1. Show your Just Rx card and your prescription at a participating pharmacy.
  2. They’ll find your Just Rx price.
  3. Pay and enjoy the savings. That’s it!

There are some usage restrictions. If you’re covered by state or federally funded benefit plans (such as Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare), you’re not able to purchase generics or value-priced brand medications, even if you elect to process the prescription outside of the benefit as an uninsured (cash-paying) patient. Additionally, if you’re 65 or older, you cannot use Just Rx to purchase Advair® HFA, Anoro® Ellipta®, Arnuity® Ellipta®, Breo® Ellipta®, Incruse® Ellipta®, Trelegy Ellipta, Flovent® Diskus® or Flovent® HFA.

The Just Rx card can be used at participating pharmacies in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The Just Rx card is not insurance and it cannot be combined with your insurance, copay cards or any other secondary payer. If you go outside of your benefit and use the Just Rx card, the cost of your medication may not apply toward your deductible or other cost-sharing requirements. Before using the Just Rx card, check your insurance benefit because it may provide greater savings than the Just Rx card.

You may be able to use a flexible savings account (FSA) to pay for your prescription when using the Just Rx card, depending on the terms of your FSA.

Your card is good at select U.S. and Puerto Rico pharmacies. You can search for a local pharmacy and medication price using our pricing tool.

You can also call us at 877-728-0716, (7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Eastern).

Pharmacies and pricing

This program is valid at participating pharmacies in all states and Puerto Rico. If your pharmacy is in the network but unable or unwilling to process your discount, please have the pharmacist call us at 877-728-0718 (7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Eastern).

There are no annual or monthly membership fees or costs. Simply show your prescription and your Just Rx card at a participating pharmacy, and you’ll have access to our lowest possible pricing on your medication. You can choose to use or not use the card at any time.

We work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers who are committed to providing more affordable brand-name medications. A portion of the cost of the prescription brand medication dispensed under the Just Rx savings card will be paid for by the pharmaceutical manufacturer.

You can determine the price of your medication using our pricing tool, by calling customer service at 877-728-0716 or by asking the pharmacist to run a test purchase at the counter. We cannot guarantee that the price you pay at the pharmacy will always be the price that is displayed or advertised in advance of your purchase. Pricing may change over time.

Just Rx’s administrator partners with different retailers to secure the best rates for consumers. Prices vary based on various factors relating to those relationships.

Prescription prices change frequently based on different forms, dosages, quantities and market dynamics.

You can use your Just Rx card with all of your prescriptions. However, the most significant savings may apply only to the drugs listed on our site as a “value-priced medication”. You can use our pricing tool to find the price of any medication or for additional help call customer service at 877-728-0716 (7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Eastern).

These are the prescription medications that offer the greatest savings with your Just Rx card. A list of value-priced generics are available at a limited number of participating pharmacies. Value-priced brand medications are listed by name, with a corresponding price, on our homepage under Value-priced brand medications. Please check back often, as the lists of value-priced medications are subject to change.

If you have questions about your medication, please speak to your pharmacist or contact the drug manufacturer.

Unfortunately, the Just Rx card cannot be used in connection with medications for pets.
